DJ Hire Sussex - Number #1 for Weddings & Parties in Sussex!

Real Weddings – Lizzie & Jay

Lizzie & Jay booked me in March 2019 to DJ at their wedding last night and it was pretty clear right from the off that they were well into their music!

It was a dark, rainy, November evening at the beautiful Long Furlong Barn just outside Worthing.  I really enjoy working at this venue as it offers a really gorgeous space to celebrate a wedding and never disappoints and despite the shady weather outside, it was lovely and cosy inside.

As soon as I started setting up, two young chaps came up for a chat about music and confirmed that the Bride and Groom were heavily into their music and this was certainly compounded by the list of tunes they had supplied to me in advance through Spotify.  Every track was a winner in my book so I was hoping the crowd would be up for a party, and they were!

Lizzie & Jay provided a prop box next to the dance floor containing a ton of inflatable instruments and microphones for their friends and family to use during the evening so it was great to see people picking them up during the saxophone and guitar solos!  I’ve seen this a number of times and it really does bring an element of fun to the party.  Some may think it’s a bit cheesy but who cares!  No-one can resist the mystical allure of a bright neon inflatable guitar 🙂
