10 songs that will make you feel OLD!

Here are 10 huge party bangers that turn 20 years old this week. Feeling old yet?

An elderly party raver

You have to love music, it inspires memories. It reminds you of the good times and the bad, but at the same time, it can sometimes make you feel very old.

Here are 10 dance floor bangers that you were probably dancing to way back in 1999 – that is unless you’re not at least 25 years old!

  • Baby One More Time by Britney Spears – I remember this song kicking up a lot of controversies when it came and whilst the video is a little bit suggestive, it launched a fantastic musical career for Britney Spears.
  • Tragedy by Steps – It’s an absolute banger with dance moves that seem to stand the test of time!
  • No Scrubs by TLC – It’s a scathing critique of men at the bottom of the dating pool. Don’t be that guy!
  • Boom, Boom, Boom, Boom by The Vengaboys – Make some noise for The Vengaboys! A guilty pleasure of mine for sure!
  • Bring It All Back by S Club 7 – Their debut single has often been overshadowed by Reach but this is still a fantastic tune in its own right!
  • I Want It That Way by Backstreet Boys – If this post was about 1997 it would surely be Everybody (Backstreet’s Back) but as soon as this track comes on, all the 90s pop kids go mental!
  • Keep On Movin’ by Five – I love, love, LOVE this song…a bit too much!
  • Believe by Cher – A song from her 22nd studio album…and the product of a bit too much dabbling with the auto-tune machine!
  • Blue by Eiffel 65 – I’m no football fan but this track was adopted by pretty much any football team with a blue shirt…it’s still a great dance track for sure!
  • That Don’t Impress Me Much by Shania Twain – Hard to place this track, country, dancey pop and it still fills the dance floors!

Hopefully, these videos have brought back some amazing memories for you all!
